The Residential Group Home Manager is to direct, teach and supervise all aspects of the training of residents in daily living skills. He/She is to be a role model for resident behavior. He/She will monitor resident's medication and overall physical health. The Residential Group Home Manager will exemplify strong honesty and integrity to maintain the high standards and reputation of Mid-Del Group Home, Inc. Job is Sunday through Thursday, 2pm to 11pm.
High School diploma or equivalent
One year experience in related field
CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration Training
Developmental Disabilities Service Division training as stipulated by State policy
