Description

• Meet assigned goals and quotas to be achieved or surpassed monthly
• Follow up via email and phone call
• Establish and maintain relationships with creditors
• Negotiate payment schedules and reductions with creditors and attorneys
• Manage emails for clients
• Review settlement letters and funding
• Manage inbound/outbound calls
• Provide updates or forward for further assistance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Able to problem solve and think quickly on your feet
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel
• Able to prioritize and meet deadlines with little to no supervision
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Drive and Google add-ons
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a negotiations role
