We are looking for friendly and reliable Service Technician Helpers to assist in our service department! This is a great job for college students or people looking for fun seasonal work.
Description

• "Helpers" are assigned to one of our 4-5 "lead technicians" each morning.
• The lead tech and helper drive to customers' homes to do a variety of tasks such as opening and closing pools, replacing pool equipment, or diagnosing issues.
• The helper is primarily used to help move heavy equipment, carry tool bags, and help in any way to make the jobs go faster.

Training

• Helpers do not need any experience. They just need a strong body and friendly attitude. This is a great job for students and people looking for a job during the spring, summer, and fall.

We use the "would you like to ride in a car with this person all day" test when choosing our employees to ensure we protect our friendly and positive work culture. Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Help lead technicians carry tools and equipment at customer's houses.
• Help clean and organize lead technician's truck.
• Help open and close swimming pools.
• Help with basic swimming pool maintenance.

Requirements:

• Can lift 50 pounds.
• Has a valid driver's license and vehicle to get to work.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
• Closed on Christmas, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Easter, and Thanksgiving.
• Vacations are encouraged but very limited during May and June. Vacations in May/June, if approved, are limited to 7 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.50 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
