Main Street Management is looking for Assistant Property Manager for our property in Midway City. We want applicants that are able to take direction, and work as part of a team while still being able to work independently and to take the initiative. Potential for Full Time position depends on ability to work and lease at multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Leasing out units at any of properties within our diverse portfolio
• Conduct tours of the properties for future residents
• Submitting applications and the appropriate move in paperwork
• Act as a liaison between management and prospective residents
• Assist in daily management duties
• Work with the Regional Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the property
• Listen and address resident concerns
• Enforce the rules and policies defined by the Property
• Place work orders and follow up with the maintenance staff
• Ensures the profitability of a property by maintaining the building in a “like new” fashion, and that all apartments are rented out at competitive rates. This includes making sure that the property is clean and cleaning the property when needed
• Administration
• Assist in collecting rents on the 1st of each month and the issuance of notices to residents.
• Assist in depositing the rents and filling out the proper paperwork.

Requirements:

• 2 Years of experience in the property management field
• Bilingual in Vietnamese (preferred)
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Dependable transportation
• Strong communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
