JD Rivet Roofing is Hiring an Assistant Construction Project Manager Near Springfield, MA
JD Rivet Roofing is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team located in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Job Responsibilities
- Read and Interpret Bid Packages, Plans and Specifications from Engineers and Architects
- Develop Project Requirements Including Submittals, Schedules of Value, Labor, and Required Equipment
- Under Project Manager Supervision Communicate with Owners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
- Understand Local Construction Regulations and Ensure Project Safety Requirements are Met
- Schedule and Coordinate JD Rivet Workforce and Subcontractors
- Assist in the Management of Subcontractor and Materials & Equipment Suppliers
- Partner with Project Managers to Manage Projects from Permit Application through Close-Out Documentation and Warranty Approval Including Resolution of Project Details & Change Orders
Job Requirements
- Experience Meeting Tight Project Deadlines
- Proven Track Record of Managing Multiple Responsibilities and Flexibility Responding to Changing Priorities
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Detail Orientation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Equivalent Work Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
