We are currently in search of a motivated and proficient Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering top-tier water treatment solutions. As a pivotal member of our field operations, you will be responsible for promoting, educating, and selling water treatment systems to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Passing background and drug screen
• Willingness to travel to various job sites.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and empathy in dealing with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales in the home services industry is preferred.
• Technical proficiency in plumbing and water treatment equipment or other home service providers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of water treatment industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Consultation:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' water quality needs.
• Educate customers on water treatment options and recommend custom solutions.
• Generate and present detailed quotes for products and services.

2. Lead Generation:

• Perform Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Acitivies to drive your own leads
• Form relationships with realtors, builders, plumbers, and others to become the preferred water treatment consultant in your terrortory

2. Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Offer guidance on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales, and service activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on system installations and performance.
