We've been in business for more than 35 years, rooted in the community as a premier provider of gift shops, bookstores, and dining concepts. JB Retail Collective is the parent company of leading brands; Nurture Gift Shops, Nourish Coffee Shops, Joseph-Beth Booksellers, and Bronte Bistro.

Because of new store growth in the Cincinnati Market this year, we are looking for dynamic leaders for our Nurture Gift Shops. Check out our virtual tour of a gift shop at nurturegifts.com.

As a leader in these hospital-based gift shops, you will be responsible for the overall guest experience and store operations. Most of your time will be spent actively engaging with guests and team members to help ensure our guests are 100% satisfied. As a full-time employee with JB Retail Collective, you’ll work a full-time schedule that will include day, night, and weekend shifts.
