QUALITY CONTROL/ASSURANCE (AUTOMOTIVE PARTS)
Job description
· Analyze market claims in the automotive parts and improve quality issues
· Analyze claim data of market (claim’s cases/cost)
· Investigate and improve the cause of quality issues
· Process quality control of in-line (processing/assembly line).
· Quality control & quality issue improvement of the customer company
· Check the quality dispersion of MIP processing/assembly line and improve quality issues
· Investigate the cause and improve the quality issue of the customer company
Education and experience
· A person who has worked in the automotive parts industry for more than 3 years in the QC field
· A person with a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering/automotive engineering
Preferred skills
· BIG Data analysis capability (claim analysis)
· Data reading capability of heat treatment/geometry/dimensional inspection
· Partner/in-line process audit
· Overall ISIR work
· History of working in the quality division in the automotive parts industry
· Must have a driver's license.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
