HR Works is supporting a client (growing food & beverage manufacturing industry) in their search for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. As a bookkeeper you will be primarily responsible for order processing, A/R & collections, invoicing, inventory control. Manage multiple relationships internally and externally. This role is the key accounting role and responsible for prioritizing and organizing various tasks such as interacting with vendors and customers, connecting customers to the appropriate internal contacts, working with the sales team on their order processes, providing detailed reporting and influencing other departments to meet goals. Comfort with ambiguity and versatility is important to fitting well into a fast growth entrepreneurial environment.
To be successful in this role a candidate would need to adapt to a quickly changing environment, have strong time management skills, accuracy and strong attention to detail. Work hard to positively impact and support the organization’s sales and production departments. Maintain a positive attitude and ability to influence people and teams to meet outcomes is important for success in this position.

Job Type: Full-time (on-site) work, Monday-Friday during business hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.
Pay: $64,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
