WHAT YOULL DO:

* You will work on a growing options desk, assisting the salespeople and traders who execute institutional client flow.

* Day-to-day tasks involve

Communicating pricing to clients, creating an order ticket, calling a broker / trading floor simultaneously

Write commentary on flows, events, news, etc and generate trade ideas

Send trade recaps, track client positions, monitor business data (PnL, commissions, etc)

* Ability to cover clients directly when capable

WHO YOU ARE:

* 2-3 years experience; preferably at investment bank, broker or consulting, either in client facing or operational markets role.

* Strong attention to detail

* Strong mathematical / quantitative skills

* Options / Derivatives experience or a willingness to learn about Options / Derivatives

* Strong Excel skills. Programming experience in python is a plus

* Team player, will to contribute to small but quickly growing sales team

* Desire to interact directly with clients

* Ability to communicate well with clients both in person and through email/chat/phone

* Interest in financial markets / current events
