Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managining assigned accounts, soiliciting new accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

- Excellent negotiation skills to drive profitable deals

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data

- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or related role

- Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets

- Experience in outside sales is highly desirable

Note: This is a full-time position and will require a minimum 50% travel.
