Job Summary:
As an Automotive Detailer at Honda of Fishers, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles on the dealership lot are kept in pristine condition. This includes cleaning, waxing, and polishing both the exterior and interior of the vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning, waxing, and polishing of vehicle exteriors to maintain a high level of shine and protection
- Thoroughly clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and all surfaces
- Use specialized tools and products to remove stains and restore vehicle interiors to like-new condition
- Inspect and identify any imperfections or damage on vehicles and report them to the appropriate department
- Follow dealership safety procedures and properly operate all equipment and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep track of and order necessary detailing supplies
- Assist with vehicle and accessory inventory management, including making sure all vehicles are properly labeled and organized on the lot
- Assist with vehicle delivery and retrieval for customers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Knowledge of detailing tools and products
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug test
