Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia provides inpatient psychiatric stabilization and treatment to senior adults experiencing acute symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood swings and psychosis.

Services are provided by psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and other professional staff who are dedicated to improving the quality of life of patients.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse from 7:00a -3:30p

The Registered Nurse (RN)/Charge Nurse Job Description

• Provides oversight for the provision of care during assigned shift.
• Serves as a resource to the direct care staff.
• Coordinates on-site response to incidents, errors and sentinel events.
• Provides support to the DON with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, performance improvement and other activities as assigned.
• Provides direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.

The Registered Nurse (RN)Charge Nurse Education Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Must be licensed in the state of PA

The Registered Nurse (RN) Experience: Two years as Registered Nurse with one year acute psychiatric experience preferred.
