We are looking for an IT Administrator!
This position oversees all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including endpoint management, security, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and IoT implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical knowledge and be able to lead and manage complex projects and teams effectively. Ability to multi-task efficiently is a must.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Develop and implement enterprise-wide security policies and procedures for IT infrastructure, including access control, incident response, and disaster recovery, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
· Plan, design, and implement complex network and system architectures, including cloud and hybrid environments, to ensure high performance, scalability, and availability.
· Analyze network traffic, system logs, and security events to detect and mitigate security threats, including advanced persistent threats (APTs), malware, and phishing attacks.
· Manage and maintain security tools and systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus/anti-malware, and vulnerability scanners.
· Develop and maintain security awareness programs and training materials for employees, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute security audits, assessments, and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
· Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans for IT infrastructure and systems, including backup and recovery, failover, and redundancy, to minimize downtime and data loss.
· Manage and maintain identity and access management systems, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM), to ensure secure and efficient access to resources.
· Develop and implement IT governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, including requirements gathering, scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
· Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, such artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT), and recommend their adoption or integration into IT infrastructure and systems.
· Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as system diagrams, network topologies, configuration files, and user manuals, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for IT staff and end-users.
