We are looking for an Technical Implementation Specialist to join our organization and expertly navigate clients through the adoption of gWorks software, fostering robust usage, and facilitating a seamless handover to our Client Success Team. The initial implementation and onboarding is the first steps in empowering our clients to be successful in their utilization of the software. The Technical Implementation Specialist will be responsible for configuring the software based on gWorks’ best practices and the client’s policies. Software solutions may include those related to Accounting and General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, and Payroll among others used by municipal governments.
The ideal candidate has an enthusiastic, action-oriented attitude with a passion for client success and technology. Previous experience in a municipal front office or in municipal human resources is highly desired. You will apply your expertise in software and technology to lead clients through their onboarding and adoption of gWorks software, proactively monitor and gather information to improve our software, and provide client data and insights to the Client Success team in a collaborative setting. As a part of gWorks’ Operations team, your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction, as well as the overall success of our software solutions and our company.

gWorks is a hybrid work environment, and preference will be given to candidates who are local to the Omaha, Nebraska area. However, highly qualified candidates who reside outside of the local area and are able to work remotely will also be considered.
