What You'll do:

• Lead process optimization:You'llidentify areas for improvement, implement new tools and workflows, and ensure they scale as the company grows.

• Drive results through data: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure process efficiency and product development progress. Communicate these metrics to stakeholders for transparency.

• Champion best practices: Document and establish Product Operations best practices and train the team to ensure consistent, high-quality work.

• Transparency champion:Develop data visualizations to clearly communicate software development progress to government stakeholders at all levels.

• Proactive communicator: Own keeping product, engineering, design,and business stakeholders informed about updates, changes, and risks to maintain alignment.

• Empower product managers: Take on tasks related to tracking and project visibility, freeing up product managers to focus on big-picture strategy.

• Build the team: Develop and manage onboarding and training programs to get new hires up to speed quickly and integrate them into the team.

• Strong foundation:Possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a growth mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
