**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee Fence projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in Fence construction management, quality control, and utilizing various tools to manage and build projects successfully.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate laborers, and materials

- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of plans

- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project

- Communicate project progress, issues, and changes effectively with the project team

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry

- Strong blueprint reading skills to interpret construction plans accurately

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate project teams effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience level:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Franklin, NC 28734: Relocate before starting work (Required)
