Now, you’re probably wondering a little more about what we are looking for, so here it is:

High School Diploma or GED – Required
1 year of financial services and/or investment industry – Preferred
Basic knowledge of office procedures and arithmetic
Basic knowledge of investment account types and required forms Competent knowledge of investment account tax forms
Basic skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to review work for accuracy
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Ability to understand and follow instructions

Want some more specifics? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Provide new business processing, client support, account set-up, account transfer (ACAT and Non-ACAT), account maintenance and general administrative duties
Provide cash management/trade request processing; raise cash, client distributions, RMDs, portfolio change requests and Roth conversions
Provide case file resolution to custodians
Provide timely responses to daily incoming correspondence (email, phone, fax) from advisors and clients
Provide accurate communication and documentation of all account activity, requests, account openings, transfers and investment instructions
Collaborates with custodians, advisors and/or internal staff to resolve issues regarding processing of new accounts, transfers, cash management and all other account requests
Adheres to compliance and internal procedures
All other duties as assigned
