As a Paraplanner, you'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks essential to our firm's operations, as well as assisting in the creation of comprehensive financial plans for our clients. Daily tasks encompass a wide range of duties aimed at supporting both our team and our valued clients. • Facilitate client meetings by gathering necessary information in advance.
• Assist in the creation of detailed financial plans for clients, including retirement projections, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Utilize specialized software to generate retirement projections and other financial planning documents.
• Support Financial Advisors in preparing for client meetings, including updating financial reports and utilizing CRM software.
• Process money movement transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide post-meeting follow-up support to Financial Advisors.
• Review and update spreadsheets, tracking materials, and other relevant documents.
• Aid in new business processing procedures.
• Handle incoming client service calls with professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring thorough documentation of interactions and requests.
• Monitor alerts on existing policies and procedures to maintain client objectives.
• Conduct research and address account issues and client inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with team members to streamline tasks and resolve challenges.
• Maintain organized files and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
