Plans, directs, and assists the operations manager to fulfill all activities pertaining to Donated Goods E-Commerce operations; including but not limited to selection criteria, processing operations, warehousing, distribution, and customer service.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, and implement all activities related to selling books and digital media donated to Goodwill on-line.
• Plan and implement all activities necessary for Goodwill to sell donated items in on-line marketplaces such as Shop Goodwill, eBay and Amazon.
• Plan and implement all shipping and receiving requirements in Goodwill's effort to sell items through on-line markets
• Ensures department maintains high level of customer service satisfaction needed to participate in on-line markets.
• Evaluates performance against quality and productivity benchmarks.
• Hires, directs, and motivates employees. Schedule and design the work of other employees engaged in operations related to sales operations. In authority to discipline employees and terminations.
• Interprets specifications and company policies to subordinates and enforces safety regulations. Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Assists preparing budget and other reports detailing sales, productivity and expense information for assigned areas.
• Analyzes equipment and software requirements and makes purchasing recommendations.
• Analyzes personnel and manpower requirements and makes staffing recommendations.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
