Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Duties: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends - Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs - Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products/services - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities - Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in business development or sales roles - Strong knowledge of the childcare industry, special education, or behavioral health is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences - Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting - Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is a plus - Knowledge of medication administration or social work is an advantage We offer competitive compensation packages including salary, commission, and benefits.
