MDS Coordinator, PRN

(Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00)

The MDS Coordinator is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an MDS you will be responsible to:

• Coordinate RAI processes in compliance to federal and state guidelines
• Ensure the completion of documentation for all Medicare and Managed Care residents along with nursing staff
• Compiling data reports based on assessments conducted

Qualifications:

• LPN or RN license preferred
• Proficient experience as an MDS coordinator
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-placement physical and criminal background
