(Full Time Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00)

The RNAC is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an RNAC you will be responsible to:

• Coordinate RAI processes in compliance to federal and state guidelines
• Ensure the completion of documentation for all Medicare and Managed Care residents along with nursing staff
• Compiling data reports based on assessments conducted

Qualifications:

• RN license preferred
• Basic experience as an RNAC/MDS coordinator
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
