Role and Responsibilities

• Willing to cross train for all aspects of logistics
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Pull parts from stock
• Package products for shipments.
• Load/unload trucks.
• Attend Department and Company Meetings.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Dynamic NC Quality Management System and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools and protective equipment as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Will also act as a Back Up Driver in some instances so must have good driving record and valid driver's license (must be 25 years or older).

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• 1-2 years of previous experience, preferred.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organized, focused, and results-oriented.
• Excellent problem solving and prioritizing ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret aerospace bill of materials, engineering drawings, customer specifications and instructions.

• Ability to lift and carry materials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Well-lit, temperature-controlled, clean environment.

**Eligible for overtime pay after 40 worked hours.
