Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain the complex forecast models
· Work cross functionally to manage departmental revenue, expenses, and margins
· Oversee spend analysis to identify operation non-conformance and patterns of cost pressure
· Provide revenue and cost variance analysis and presentations for the monthly and quarterly reviews
· Develop robust monthly spend forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the underlying business drivers.
· Review and analyze calculations and forecasts for the company’s portfolio of projects and sourcing demands.
· Develop and maintain the company’s opportunity and risk database
· Drive cost benefit analysis in decision making
· Ensure management has a clear understanding of actual spend and are actively managing spend variances.
Education/Certification:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related area.
Experience Required:
· 3 years of experience in the areas of accounting, finance, financial planning and analysis or financial forecasting as preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent analytical and spreadsheet skills.
· Demonstrated financial forecasting experience.
· Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Self-directed and able to construct meaningful analysis with general guidance.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
