*Essential Functions and Responsibilities:*
* Provision of* in-person* for Children, Individual, Family, and/or Couples Therapy: Clinicians can define the modalities and populations with whom they feel the most comfortable and competent.
* The assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of DSM V mental health disorders via our HIPAA-compliant platform
* Clinical record documentation on our secure platform per the standards of care and licensing requirements
* *This is primarily an onsite position*
*Pay:*
* Competitive pay with rates from $70.00 per hour to $100.00 per hour. Compensation within this range is determined by candidate's degree level; client contact modality (remote, hybrid, or in person at one of our physical practice locations); years of licensed experience; and additional certifications/experience with our most highly treated populations
* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
* $200 therapist referral bonus (must be a fulltime employee and referred therapist must be a fulltime employee within 90 days)

*Education and Experience:*
* Licensed Mental Health Therapist in California
* LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
* Education: Master's or Doctoral degree
* Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
* Experience working with children, individuals, families, and/or couples
* Experience working with a variety of client populations which may include children, teens, adults, and elderly clients
* Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them.
* Computer skills and ability to use a telehealth platform via internet connectivity (if remote becomes available)
* Enrollment in CAQH
