We are looking for Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to work with special needs individuals and the elderly in the home to promote safe and healthy daily activities. This position is responsible for providing hands-on personal care to participants within the participant's home and some driving is required to travel between participants' homes. We are looking for help with work in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont and the surrounding communities with duties including, but not limited to:

• companionship
• meal preparation
• getting groceries
• assisting with ADLs
• light housekeeping
• assisting with walking and transferring
• assisting with bathing
• assisting with personal care

Note: A vehicle is required because it does involve driving from participant to participant

**Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Pay rates: $16/hour for personal care, supported community connector and respite visits
$17.25/hour for basic homemaker visits
$26.25/hour for homemaker enhanced visits
$35.25 hour for community connector visits

After a year of continuous employment, a PCW is eligible for a scholarship to a CNA school to obtain their license.
