CM&W is looking for a Plant Manager at our Hannibal, MO location. The Plant Manager manages all plant functions concerning day-to-day manufacturing operations while continually improving operations to ultimately increase revenue and profit. The responsibility of this position includes oversight of all operational reporting, identifying and implementing process improvements to increase plant performance through positive leadership, and developing plans in alignment with the overall business strategic plans.
