CM&W is looking for a Plant Manager at our Hannibal, MO location. The Plant Manager manages all plant functions concerning day-to-day manufacturing operations while continually improving operations to ultimately increase revenue and profit. The responsibility of this position includes oversight of all operational reporting, identifying and implementing process improvements to increase plant performance through positive leadership, and developing plans in alignment with the overall business strategic plans.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure all plant operations follow all safety requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Manage day-to-day operations for the plant including satellite locations reporting to the main facility.
• Develop strategies for process and productivity improvements.
• Control plant operating expenses.
• Ensure all current and new hire employees receive required training needed to meet optimal success. Training falls into four keys areas: compliance/regulatory, policies and procedures, on-the-job instruction, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, customer specifications, and company policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need:

• BS/BA Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of direct experience in manufacturing/production. Proven knowledge of a sheet metal/mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills and understanding of Manufacturing Operating Systems/ERP.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong decision-making skills and results-driven attitude.
• Proven understanding of financial management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ethical conduct and high level of integrity.
• Proven ability to identify and initiate process improvements.
• Strong ability to utilize and identify key resources.
