Position: Payroll Associate

*Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00 USD hourly
Position Summary:
Company3/Method Studios (CO3/Method) is a global leader in media and entertainment services for film, video and online content. This position will support the Senior Payroll Manager within our US payroll department. This will include observing the organizations payroll principles, practices and procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
Main Duties: The Payroll Associate will collect, analyze and verify payroll information. They will maintain accurate employee payroll data across multiple HRIS and payroll platforms. They will process multiple payrolls in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of integrity. They will receive and transfer all onboarding information into applicable payroll systems. They will process separation paperwork, record of employments and final payments to employees in accordance to legislative requirements. They will support year end procedures including the issuing of year-end tax documents and annual remittance reconciliation.Other duties include:

• Comply with Company Policies and Government Legislation
• Familiarize with Legislative Updates and apply them within the payroll environment.
• Assist with maintaining employee data files including the updating of trackers/imports.
• Calculate and administer regular and special payments in accordance to State/Provincial/Federal legislation.
• Review, Reconcile and Audit Time Cards for Accuracy.
• Extract/create time import files.
• Respond to employees and third party vendors.
• Support timekeeping system employee set ups and access administration.
• Responds to employee verifications from various external agencies for detailed information on pay rates and wages paid.

What You Bring:
The Payroll Associate will bring previous experience with ADP or other payroll processing systems. They will bring experience with timekeeping, full cycle payroll processing, and HR systems. They will bring strong VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table & Excel skills. They will bring experience with ADP Vantage, UKG Pro, UKG WFM and Microsoft Dynamics.

*The listed pay range represents the lowest to highest range that we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off.
