General Summary of Duties:  

Record and edit high quality video content to enhance Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group’s (CSOG) social media presence and provide informative, educational value to the community and prospective physicians. Capture high quality professional photographs for use within various marketing projects.

Essential duties and responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:

• Work with marketing manager to develop social media strategies for a wide range of audience segments.
• Responsible for obtaining Media Production and Publication Release from all participating parties to include patients and non-provider staff members.
• Produce high-quality engaging, informative, educational, and entertaining videos for Meta, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube platforms as assigned.
• Responsible for meeting with CSOG providers as necessary to capture content.
• Responsible for creating rough and final cuts of all videos recorded.
• Develop logical film sequences, ensuring smooth transitions, and dynamic attention-grabbing content in line with current social media trends.
• Implement music, dialogue, graphics, and effects into videos.
• Manage production of multiple videos and styles of video at once. 
• Capture professional images as needed for videos and other various marketing projects.
• Meet all assigned deadlines.
• Performs all other tasks and projects as assigned

Anticipated Schedule: 

15-29 hours per week in Office

Requirements

Education, and Experience:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty on a consistent basis and up to current video media standards. • 2-years demonstrated experience in professional videography, photography, and editing. 
• Experience in content creation for a professional social media account. 
• Demonstrate video production, photography, and editing abilities through portfolio of previous projects.
• Familiarity with current social media trends

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience using preferred video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, IMovie, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Understanding of various audience segments and how to adapt content for each audience segment
• Maintain high degree of integrity, professionalism, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others and to work under pressure of a deadline
• Verbal and written communication skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in small group situations as needed.

Computer Skills and Equipment:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge and experience using Adobe Premier Pro, Chrome or Safari Internet software, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Zoom.

Equipment

• Computer for editing, lights, and microphones for media production will be provided by company.
• SIM card for Videographer’s preferred recording and camera equipment will be provided by company.
