The Role Overview:
Community Bank & Trust is looking for a talented and dedicated individual for the position of Branch Manager. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing branch operations including daily routine branch administration, management, CSR, and teller operations. This position is responsible for providing coaching and direction to branch personnel in the pursuit of exceptional customer service. Additionally, this position is responsible for driving efforts to meet branch performance and customer experience goals.
