Customer Specialist Lead

The Sales Leader is the welcoming face of Cure Oahu to our customers and oversees all aspects of the customer experience at our medical cannabis dispensary. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a management or supervisor role and will be proficient in record-keeping, assisting with inventory and cash management, leading team, and opening and closing responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be on island to be considered
• Must be able to pass a state-mandated background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in a client-service intensive industry
• 1 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role
• Skill in accurate cash management and inventory control
• Proficient computer skills
• Must be able to work 4-10 hour shifts rotating schedules to include nights, holidays and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

• Our Dispensaries employees work rotating schedule that consists of 4-10 hour shifts each week, with three days off. Our hours of operations are from 9:30am to 7:30pm and include nights, holidays and weekends. Are you able to commit to this type of work schedule?
