**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**

. Monitoring service advisor performance and objectives

. Training and coaching

**.** Oversees administration of warranty claims.

**.** Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.

. Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service

. Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations

. Oversee and participate in quality control.

. Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

* Automotive service advisor experience IS REQUIRED.

* Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

* Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.

* Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.

* Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction with energetic attitude.

* Toyota or Lexus experience is a plus.

* Willing to submit to a drug screen.

* Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus.
