As a Case Management Supervisor in the Senior Options program, you will be expected to:

• Supervise assigned staff in accordance with agency and program policies; includes a review of documentation and records, review of required reports conducts supervisory observation visits, conducts performance appraisals.
• Provides clinical and technical assistance to staff regarding health and social situations involving consumers.
• Provides orientation and staff training; interviews case management candidates and make recommendations to Administrative Staff.
• Performs other management duties per agency and program policies/standards as required or assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid State of Ohio license as a Social Worker or Registered Nurse.

And

• Two years of experience evaluating and coordinating health or social services for consumers.

Or

• A Master’s degree in nursing, geriatrics, social worker, or health services administration with one year of experience evaluating and coordinating health or social services for consumers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of supervisor experience
• Prior case management experience is a plus
• Reporting and Excel knowledge
• Experience building out expectations for new roles
