CaLLogix is seeking Full Time AND Part Time Customer Service Representatives to assist in our busy Call Center in Bedford, NH!

REQUIREMENTS

• Successful work experience in a customer focused environment
• Knowledge of computers, keyboard, various software programs
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to successfully comprehend, retain and apply training, new materials, procedures, policies, and account updates
• Must be able to manage priorities and multi-task
• Must have outstanding work ethic
• Must have excellent coping skills for stress management
• Must have high level empathy for helping others
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 30-40 hours per week for full time
• 20-29 hours per week for part time
• Mornings, Afternoons, Days, Evenings, Weekends all available!
