Burlington School District is seeking a passionate and energetic Office Admin Coordinator to assist in the Human Resource department. The Office Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all front house activities, including ensuring the timely flow of confidential information. This position is highly visible, and it is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while greeting visitors, answering phones, and guiding job applicants through appropriate onboarding paperwork and background check process. This position is also considered the resource center of most HR information inquiries, including process employment verifications and references, verify I-9 documents with new hires, and generating employee photo ID badges.
