Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Manager specializing in siding, you will play a pivotal role in building, training, and leading a team of dedicated sales professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various prospecting channels to fuel sales pipelines.
  • Assess and evaluate residential and commercial properties for siding requirements, particularly focusing on James Hardie siding solutions.
  • Ensure customers fully comprehend proposed solutions and provide additional education as necessary.
  • Guide clients through the selection process, offering expert advice on product options and features.
  • Train and mentor new sales team members, imparting strategies for achieving top-tier performance.
  • Foster effective communication within the team to maintain service quality and performance standards.
