We are experts in cleaning and restoring Carpets, Upholstery, Tile & Grout, Natural stone, Leather, window treatments, and rugs. We use truck mounted cleaning systems to perform these deep cleaning services. You will be driving a box truck to our clients for in home cleaning appointments. We are primarily residential but do about 10% of our buisness as commercial work.

***Must Complete Skill Test and Work Style Reliability Test to be Considered for this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer service

• Computer based work orders and invoicing

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid, insurable driver’s license (less than 2 points)
• Positive attitude
• Must be able to pass random drug testing
• Outstanding customer service skills

• Interest in learning new skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Be able to lift 50-100lbs regularly
• Basic computer and smartphone skills or willingness to obtain necessary skills

• Good judgment and ability to remain calm in an extremely busy workday and/or difficult client interaction
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Use of judgment on assessing job set-up and protocol

Starting Pay=$17/hour & can be higher if you have passed and are active with IICRC classes. You can earn $35,000 to $50,000 your first year or more if you really catch on. Plus, we offer complete training and opportunities to advance in our growing company.

Not required but background knowledge would be beneficial in: carpet cleaning, hard surface floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning.

Technicians at Chet’s Cleaning are respected in the carpet cleaning industry both locally and nationally.

Work Performed in this position will include

· Communicate with customers/ consult with their needs

· Communicate with management and fellow employees

· Carry equipment to and from job sites and our Trucks (60#)

· Move furniture around homes to access the floors we clean

· Carpet cleaning & minor carpet repairs

· Upholstery cleaning

· Rug cleaning

· Leather cleaning and repair

· Hard surface cleaning, all types of tile, grout and stone.

· Grout repair & coloring

· Wood floor cleaning and enhancement

· Deodorizing

· Basic machine maintenance

· Basic truck maintenance

· Maintenance cleaning and or encapsulation

· Carpet color repair

· Dry cleaning- furniture, window treatments, etc…

· Supervising other technicians

· Maintaining chemical inventory

· Inspecting completed work

· Completing tech logs

· Completing work orders

· Completing in store paperwork

· Basic building maintenance

· Other duties as they may arise
