Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and drink orders, utilizing the Aloha POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Upsell additional items and specials to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces regularly to maintain a clean environment
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations
- Familiarity with bussing duties to assist with table turnover
