Production Supervisor

Builder’s Best is a manufacturer of residential and commercial venting products. We have been in business for 30 years. Our headquarters is in Jacksonville, Texas and we maintain manufacturing and distribution facilities in Florida and Nevada. We are looking for a Production Supervisor for the North Las Vegas facility.

What does the Production Supervisor do?

· Responsible for all areas of production including managing personnel, machines, and materials to execute production plans, control scrap.

· Manages departmental performance, measures and provides regular progress reports to Plant Supervisor.

· Balances safety, productivity, quality, and morale in order to achieve positive results in all areas.

· Participates in safety investigations in an effort to provide corrective actions when necessary.

Skills we would like to see:

· Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing

· Minimum three years of experience in supervision

· Computer literate

· Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus

· High school/GED graduate; advanced education in Business, or related fiels is a plus.

· Must be able to perform physical demands such as lift, walk, reach, hold, control, stoop, crouch, climb and balance.

· Available to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

· Available to travel to headquarters in Jacksonville, Texas for paid training weeks.

Pay rate will be based on experience, skills and job knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Production Supervision: 3 years (Required)
• Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
