Summary
JOB TITLE: Prep Cook/Kitchen Assistant LOCATION: North Raleigh
HOURS PER WEEK: 40
SUMMARY:
Assist in the preparation and portioning food as well as operating pizza oven and kitchen cleaning.
Duties
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare foods and recipes to required specifications in a timely manner while upholding quality and sanitation standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
one year kitchen experience
SPECIAL WORKING REQUIREMENTS:
Canidate must have reliable transportation, a good attitude, and good hygiene

SPECIAL SKILLS:
Ability to maintain regular working hours, be prompt and dependable
Effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external clients
Ability to follow directions.
