YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility! We are currently expanding our staff of caregivers and are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for all shifts to work with our already wonderful staff.

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Ability to read/write/comprehend the English language in written & verbal form required.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and non-verbally required.
• Successfully complete &/or comply with all required background checks to include but not limited to: Ohio BCI&I fingerprint analysis, FBI (if applicable) fingerprint analysis, STNA Registry, HHS/OIG list of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) & Ohio Medicaid Provider Exclusion and Suspension List.
• Valid LPN certification to work within a long term care facility within the State of Ohio.
