Bethea Retirement Community offers a FREE Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program. You can become a certified CNA in weeks while getting paid! The training covers both classroom and clinical requirements.

If accepted into the program, you will become an employee of Bethea Retirement Community and receive pay during the training period. Once you complete the three-week program, you will begin working as a CNA at Bethea Retirement Community.
