Restoration Company Looking for CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERS

Innovative, cutting edge Restoration and Construction company is looking for COMPASSIONATE, enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced Construction Project Manager. Join a company where your hard work and compassion for people will be REWARDED! We are currently looking for a Full-Time Project Manager, especially who would be a veteran.

Responsibilities involve:

· Estimating (with Xactimate) New Construction/Repair jobs - MUST HAVE

· Scheduling and oversight of “In house labor” and Sub Contractors

· Material purchasing

· Managing construction projects from start to finish

· Building relationships with Homeowners and Insurance Adjusters

Experience Preferred (but not required):

· Restoration Project Management (Construction)

· Creating Work Orders

· Residential Construction

· DASH / Operating System

· Water Mitigation (basic understanding)

· General Knowledge of Insurance Industry

Skills Required:

· Compassion for people

· Excellent Communication

· Attention to Detail

· Planning and Management Skills are a plus

· Computer skills

· Self-Motivated
