The value you’ll bring to the team: · Responsible for providing treatment as directed by the Physical Therapist. Adheres to standards of Physical Therapy practice. · Ability to observe and evaluate treatment effect, discusses observations with Physical Therapist. · Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors. · Demonstrates the ability to competently perform all items on the skills inventory/competency checklist. · Manages and operates equipment safely and correctly.
