Job Title: Attractions Operations Coordinator

Summary:

Relying on systems knowledge and analytical skills, the Attractions Operations Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining all attractions/activities and ticket products, including providing some technical support and troubleshooting which can include analyzing and responding to issues with inventory, barcode integrations, reports, geo-codes, etc. Must be flexible in meeting changing business demands.

Responsibilities:

• Support/project manage Attraction Sales Manager and Attractions Operations Manager in the effort to build out new products and offers, including new attractions partners, new ticket products, and special offers.

• Document Attraction Department Workflows (Confluence)

• Help facilitate resolution of customer service issues by working with aRes Travel Call Center Supervisors

• Ticket Fulfillment

• Ticket Refunds

• Attraction and Ticket Inventory, Showtime, Image, Buildout, Content updates

• Barcode Returns

• Salesforce Updates (contacts, contracts, etc.)

• Contract Management

• Assist with Sales Operations Projects as needed

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong organizational skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues over the phone.

• Ability to handle & prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Applies fundamental travel industry marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Proficiency in Google Apps

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

• Flexible team player with excellent cross-functional and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to assess multiple systems and troubleshoot problems.
