AA Driver Training Center is Hiring a Medical Office Coordinator Near Flushing, NY

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist patients with questions regarding selecting Durable Medical Equipment products( much as gloves, masks, alcohol's pads etc). Communicate with patient regarding coverage and patient responsibility
  • Organize and distribute DME products.
  • Update internal operation system and maintain all service-related data tracking files and maintain DME tracking sheet and DME invoices.
  • Reviewing the DME schedule for all proper documents, authorizations.
  • Knowledgeable and/or willing to learn the rules and regulations for paperwork and dispensing DME in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the other teams to ensure excellent patient care
  • Obtain authorizations for all DME, if needed

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)
  • Previous management experience in a medical setting
  • Previous training experience in a medical setting (preferred)
  • Previous clinical special project management (preferred)

**Annual Bonus available**

This is a Hybrid position, 2days onsite( if needed) and 3 days remote.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
