Ohana is looking for a MALE adult Live-in Host Home Leader. This position is a non-paid position that provides free housing with utilities. This person will be given the private primary bedroom/bathroom and will be responsible to provide oversight of this Transitional Housing home for young adults in Extended Foster Care ages 18-20 years old.

Responsibilities:

This person will provide natural support to the young adults in the home and provide direct communication with Ohana's Young Adult Care Coordinator about any concerns with young adults or maintenance issues in the home. The live-in host home leader will be expected to follow the house rules and need to sleep onsight consistently throughout the month. The home will have up to 4 Male young adults in extended foster care living on sight at any given time. The live-in host home leader is not expected to drive, cook, clean, or provide financial support to the young adults in the home. The live-in host home leader will ensure young adults maintain a safe home environment and keep all common areas clean in the home. The home is located in central Phoenix near Indian School and 19th ave.

Requirements:

The live-in host home leader is expected to provide a 1 year commitment and pass all DCS state background checks. This person also must obtain a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
