QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability: to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools, lift 50 pounds of material
• Strong work ethic, quality conscious, detail-oriented, team player. If you possess these qualities, we want you! Apply today!
• Working knowledge of motorcycle and/or Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and parts
• Great with customers, a people person, a team player

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Recommend related Parts and Accessories, which may be required for a job
• Maintain cleanliness of Parts and Accessories Department and keep inventory neatly stacked and orderly
• Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers
• Assist Parts and Accessories manager with attaining retail sales and profitability plans in Parts and Accessories
• Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.)
• Needs to be familiar with RMA’s on the H-D side as well as aftermarket
• Ability to locate & track P.O.’s within the operating system
